As the business grows and technology changes, digital media operations evolve with them.

Understanding how they work today is the starting point for deciding what to improve, what to keep, and where to act.

MY WORK, IN PRACTICE

7–10 days → near real time

At Havas, I transformed an operational reporting process into dashboards that provided visibility into workload, productivity, and errors to inform decision-making.

Header Bidding + new demand sources

At América Televisión, I implemented Header Bidding with Prebid across display and video, and expanded the demand sources connected to the digital inventory.

250+ people. Media Delivery at scale.

At Publicis Global Delivery Peru, I worked across a Media operation supporting the U.S. market, connecting delivery, processes, information, and coordination within a matrix organization.

Two perspectives on the same operation

Operational Improvement

I look at how work is organized and executed to make workload, capacity, and the relationship between processes, data, and responsibilities more visible. From there, I identify opportunities to simplify, reorganize, or automate tasks.

Capacity & workload · Processes · Operational data · Roles & ownership · Automation

The operation becomes difficult to read

The data exists, but understanding what is happening requires consolidating information, reviewing multiple sources, or relying on reports that arrive too late. Workload, capacity, or performance are not always visible when a decision needs to be made.

Growth changes how the work gets done

More volume, new services, or growing teams can change workload and available capacity. Processes that worked well at an earlier stage may need to be simplified, reorganized, or supported by automation.

Ownership does not always evolve with the operation

As an operation evolves, coordination points, standards, and the distribution of responsibilities can change as well. Making it clear who does what and how the work connects helps identify dependencies and decisions that lack clarity.

Programmatic Monetization

I review how digital inventory monetization is structured and how the ad server, auction setup, Header Bidding, and demand sources interact. I look for opportunities to improve the setup, expand or adjust demand, and make better use of available inventory.

GAM · Auction setup · Header Bidding / Prebid · Demand partners · Floors & yield

Monetization becomes more layered over time

New formats, demand partners, and configurations are added over time. Reviewing how inventory, the auction, and demand sources interact helps clarify what each component contributes and where adjustments may be useful.

HOW THE WORK MOVES FORWARD

Understand

Learn how the operation works today and what information is available. Before proposing changes, I need to understand what is happening.

Decide

Define what to keep, what to improve, and where to act based on the available evidence, expected impact, effort, and risk.

Implement

Turn the selected improvements into concrete changes within the operation, with clear scope, ownership, and follow-up.

Follow through

Review results, observe how the operation responds to change, and assess whether decisions need to be adjusted as it continues to evolve.

Different sides of the same industry.

Publisher · AdTech · Agency · Global Delivery

My career began working directly with advertising technology and monetization. Over time, my focus expanded to processes, capacity, service delivery, and digital media operations leadership.

América Televisión · Impaktu · Grupo El Comercio · Havas · Publicis Global Delivery
